Rates

Rental fees are based on four hours for all rooms and include free parking, security, staging risers, tables and chairs, and a dance floor, as well as a staff of event coordinator, security and ballroom attendant. The Arbor Ballroom rental fees also include pre-function space (lobby), coat check room, and a private guest lounge with closet and full bath.

*These rates are based on using the on-site caterer. If another caterer is used, the rental fees are: $4,950 on Saturday, $4,650 on Friday/Sunday, and $4,350 on Monday-Thursday.

Grand Piano $250 per event/$75 for one -our reception
Coat Check Attendant — $150 per attendant
Valet Parking — $35 for each attendant per hour

Video Projector — $250 per event
Slide Projector — $50 per event

Microphones — $25 each after first two microphones
Large TV/VCR — $75 per event

Deposit

A deposit of $500 is required to hold the desired space, date and time for The Arbor. A deposit of $300 is needed for The Beech. This deposit also serves as a security deposit and will be returned within 30 days after the event, provided there is no damage to the facility.

Payment Terms

The first payment (25% of the total cost) is due two months after the security deposit is paid; the next 25% is due two months later. The balance is due three months prior to the event.
